(sourdough) Bourbon Chocolate Chip Cookies

The sourdough starter gives this cookie an interesting advantage. It's already made with rye flour, dark chocolate callets and brown butter. It's big and badass but you could eat it up yourself if you wanted to. Sharing isn't for everyone.
