Green Goddess Cream Cheese (SECRET)

This has been a hot commodity since we started making it almost two years ago. The summery and local parsley, tarragon and dill make the flavor so fresh and bright. We finish it off with some preserved lemon and black pepper and a splash of buttermilk. It's real good just as a dip for endive or carrots! (or as a bun spread on a fried chicken sandwich :))
