Chocolate Winter Cake (a holiday delight)

This is a relative of our chocolate therapy cake (if you haven't had that, then you need to try it) This cake is an ode to the holidays, you can serve it whenever you have company. The problem is, the company will never leave :)

This cake is double chocolate ultra moist situation with a traditional vanilla buttercream except that we add mascarpone to give it some extra fluff. It's got "snow" and frosty cranberries on top for decor. Each cake (not pictured) feeds 6-8 people.
