What makes our whitefish salad so interesting you ask??? Well, for starters, we de-bone the whole smoked fish by hand, making sure to salvage every last morsel of goodness. We leave the fish in smaller bits as opposed to blending it in a machine, and we add in a bunch of locally grown vegetables including: radishes, carrots, celery, parsley and a generous amount of organic lemon zest. We use a dollop of vegan mayo and finish it off with black pepper. It's literally like a salad, because it is a salad. You need to try it ASAP.
