Faroe Island House Cured Gravlax

When we visited the Faroe Islands and tasted the salmon, we knew that it would be the perfect fish for this specially cured delicacy. Our gravlax is cured in house with local Gin from Fifth State Distillery and an Icelandic Rhubarb liquor, in addition to our own blend of salts, sugars, spices and herbs.
