Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Puffs (GF)

This is a fan favorite. It's like a super moist and light coffee cake but morphed into a doughnut (baked in the shape of a popover). We've been baking these for 10 years and we'l never stop. Dunk one in a hot cup of coffee and you might just want to give up all other activities for the day, as you'll be 100% happy and content. (They make a great take home gift for a wedding or shower too.)
